Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Scheduler.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule all Physicians and APC/APP practitioners in the Anesthesia
department, including organizing orientations and managing provider
availability
Communicate with facility leadership and providers to ensure all
shifts are covered, including emergencies and PTO coverage
Maintain the provider schedule in the scheduling platform and
manage locum agency communications and timecards
Required Qualifications
High school graduate; college attendance is a plus
3 - 5 years of experience in provider scheduling (preferred)
Experience in the medical field is a plus
Demonstrates strong organizational skills and time management
Ability to work independently or in a team environment, especially
in a remote setting
