A company is looking for a Contracts and Compliance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage supplier contract relationships, including drafting,
negotiating, and executing contracts
Drive communication and coordination of local and regional
initiatives and contract negotiations
Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies and
procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management,
or equivalent experience
3-5 years of sourcing/contract management experience
Proficient in MS applications
Strong analytical ability and organizational skills
Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment
