Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agency Success Partner to support
its Agency Development team in achieving revenue and growth
goals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for agency distribution strategy and
goals
Facilitate onboarding and training for new and existing agent
partners
Build relationships with agents and partners to enhance business
collaboration
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in insurance, sales, marketing, or agency
roles
Active P&C Insurance license required
Basic understanding of Salesforce and G-suite
Ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated strategic thinking and process development skills
