Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Manager to
promote a positive workplace and maintain effective employee
relations.
Key Responsibilities
Bridge organizational and employee interests through consultation
and advisory services
Manage employee performance processes, including conflict
resolution and disciplinary actions
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance
satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; or
equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of human resources generalist experience, with 2
years in employee relations and performance management
Minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory experience
Active credentials in HRCI, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
Current knowledge of local and federal employment laws
