Job Description:
A company is looking for a Delivery Lead, IT - Scrum
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile best
practices
Manage the end-to-end feature delivery process, including release
management and UAT coordination
Coordinate environment readiness and collaborate with QA teams to
oversee testing processes
Required Qualifications
A college degree or equivalent experience is required
8+ years of experience in Agile software delivery roles such as
Scrum Master or Release Manager
Strong expertise in Scrum, SAFe, and Disciplined Agile Delivery
Certified Scrum Professional - Scrum Master (CSP-SM) is
required
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and CI/CD pipeline
integration
