YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...We are seeking an experienced Technical
Product Manager to lead technical and outbound product management.
You will be building innovative solutions using flash storage
technologies and software. This role requires a seasoned
professional who combines technical knowledge with strategic vision
and business acumen.Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customer stakeholders to gather insights,
understand their needs, and drive outcomes.
- Coordinate customer qualification and escalation activities to
ensure high satisfaction and alignment with product offerings.
- Define workload, protocol and performance requirements to help
build our product prioritization and roadmap.
- Develop high-quality content, patterns and practices targeting
customer and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a technical expert and advocate for our product lines at
industry conferences, seminars, webinars, and other public
forums.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations
that highlight the value and technical advantages of our products
to internal and external audiences.
- Understanding of enterprise compute, storage, network, and data
center architecture and design.
- Strong systems-thinking acumen and proven ability to quickly
drive successful root cause analysis of technical issues across
hardware and software domains.
- Experience with enterprise workloads such as mission critical
DBs, ERP, HCM, virtual environments.
- Benchmark, validate and drive certification for strategic
enterprise workloads.
- Work with business development partners to evaluate and improve
product functionality, ensuring our solutions meet or exceed market
expectations.
- Leverage strong problem-solving skills to make informed
decisions despite incomplete information.
- Maintain a clear vision and strategic direction while
navigating uncertain conditions and executing on tactical
needs.
- Mentor junior team members and help build a culture of
technical excellence.QualificationsIf you are a visionary leader

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering,
Computer Science, or a related technical field or equivalent
industry experience.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in solution architecture,
product management, engineering, or technical pre-sales,
specifically within the field of data storage or related
technologies.
- Working with engineers, architects and leadership at large
customers.
- Experience with enterprise workload compute and storage
architectures is desirable.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the
ability to convey complex technical information clearly and
persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Effective presentation skills for internal and external
executive audiences.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive initiatives
and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative
approach to addressing technical requirements.
- As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be
present in the office for 4 days a week. As outlined in Pure's
Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time,
depending on business need.Pay RangeUSD $190,000.00 - USD
$284,000.00 /Yr.Pay Transparency StatementSalary ranges are
determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to
candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary
range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable
locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or
