& Capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Chart a strategic capabilities roadmap for telephony and
operational excellence initiatives
Lead a team to implement new technology solutions to enhance
operational efficiencies and sales outcomes
Monitor team outcomes through KPIs and maintain comprehensive
documentation for program implementations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of experience in scaled call center operations or product
teams
4+ years of experience implementing complex telephony systems or
CRM platforms
2+ years of project implementation or project management
experience
