• At least 9 years of experience in technology consulting and enterprise architecture.
• Knowledge of various IDAM products.
• At least 7 years of experience working with Oracle Identity & Access Management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to own end-to-end major/critical incidents and drive their resolution over call/bridge with SMEs, vendors, and customers to quickly restore service.
• Participation in incident management meetings and handling crisp customer communication over email/call, updating the status to the customer leadership team.
• Financial domain knowledge.
• Exceptional communication capabilities, including giving presentations and public speaking. Must be approachable, a team player with a strong desire to continue learning and expanding experience in a highly evolving technology-focused environment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with project management.
• Desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
• Ability to connect and manage clients.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution; will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience in IT Security.
