Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Manager responsible for
managing client relationships and service experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the key point of contact for brokers and clients
Drive implementation for new and renewal clients, ensuring all
client-related agreements are executed
Conduct meetings with clients and brokers to identify issues and
analyze plan performance
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
3+ years of work experience in the insurance field with an emphasis
in health/TPA service
3+ years of healthcare industry experience preferred
Experience working with employers, consumers, consultants, and
brokers
