We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.ResponsibilitiesEmbedded Software DeveloperThis position is within SIS (Semiconductor Infrastructure Solutions) where we innovate, develop, and manufacture the world's most precise displacement measurement instruments, which are essential for controlling motion in semiconductor equipment producing the next generation of ICs, microprocessors, and flash memory chips. Your contributions will advance precision measurement technology - imagine the excitement of pushing boundaries into picometer territory.In this role, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team of R&D engineers developing distance measuring systems utilizing laser interferometry. As a Software Engineer in the Interferometer Electrical and Computer Engineering R&D group, you will be writing final product, production released code. You will write embedded driver code, test and deploy software/firmware packages, develop and manage a Jenkins-based CI/CD build and test pipeline.Qualifications

• B.S or M.S. in CPE/EE
• Minimum of 4 years of software design experience; 5 to 8 years preferred
• Proficiency in C and C++
• Object Oriented Programming
• Bash/Python Scripting Experience
• Unix Environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• GIT ExperiencePreferred
  • C# familiarity
  • Experience with Jenkins
  • General CI/CD Experience
  • Experience with JavaScript
  • Experience using Hardware Simulations

  • VerilogSalary InformationMost offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.California pay range: MIN $136,520.00, MIDPOINT $182,020.00 - MAX $227,530.00Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region.This role is eligible for our Keysight Results Bonus Program.Benefits
