Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead
program delivery and drive the maturity of program management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute metrics for the PMO portfolio to achieve
business results
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver program commitments and
continuously improve processes
Assess portfolio risks and implement mitigation strategies to
ensure successful program outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related
field
15+ years of experience in program and project management
10+ years of leadership experience in portfolio management for
complex IT programs
10+ years of experience with Agile Portfolio Management
Proven experience in budget management and financial
projections
