A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Identify growth opportunities and build Mutual Success Plans for
customers
Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells while establishing strong
customer relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to manage services and act as the
Voice of the Customer
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in strategic account management, customer
success, or sales roles
Strong experience in building pipeline and forecasting renewals and
upsells
Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and make strategic
recommendations
Experience working cross-functionally with multiple internal
stakeholders
Demonstrated success in building relationships with key
stakeholders
