Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Accounting to lead and manage
all accounting functions related to the company's financial
operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of accounting, including financial reporting and
balance sheet management for a multi-entity organization
Manage and mentor a high-performing accounting team, fostering a
culture of continuous improvement
Oversee the preparation and review of consolidated financial
statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory
standards
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting required; Master's preferred
10+ years of accounting experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in a
leadership role
Experience with international accounting and managing multi-entity
organizations
Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards
