belong.\rPosition OverviewThe Shockwave Reducer system is currently
an investigational device in the US being studied as part of the
COSIRA II trial. The lead for Therapy Development will build and
lead a team who collaborates directly with clinical trial sites to
identify barriers to study enrollment and develop outreach,
education, and patient identification initiatives that drive
appropriate enrollment. This role and team will be critical to the
successful completion of this trial and, assuming successful trial
and approval, will be instrumental in transitioning the therapy
from clinical to commercial.\rThis will be accomplished by
establishing mutually beneficial, long-term relationships with key
physicians and their clinical staff. Collaboration with internal
partners and a willingness to experiment and learn will be keys to
