Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Real Estate Analyst to identify and secure prime real estate locations globally for franchise operators.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and secure prime real estate locations through market research and competitor analysis
Collaborate with property owners and developers while supporting franchisees with local regulations
Conduct financial modeling and ROI analyses to assess site viability and profitability

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, International Business, Technology Management, or a related field
Proven expertise in site selection analysis for global franchise development
Experience with GIS mapping tools and real estate analysis software
Strong intuition for identifying high-potential sites in international regions
A passion for virtual reality and entertainment trends
