Job Description:
A company is looking for an RN Patient Safety Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of patient safety programs and provide
guidance to clinical and leadership staff
Develop and maintain systems to detect, monitor, and manage patient
safety events
Conduct cause analyses of harm events and collaborate with various
departments to facilitate improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field; Bachelor of
Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Five years of clinical experience required
Knowledge of regulatory, licensure, and accreditation regulations
related to patient safety or risk management is desired
Must hold an unencumbered registered nurse (RN) license with the
State Board of Nursing
Certification/licensure for long-term care as required by state(s)
of practice is necessary
