JR0274514Job Details:Job Description:The Intel Mask Operation (IMO)
seeks a Manufacturing Systems Engineer. You will be part of an
energetic and diverse group of engineers building next-generation
solutions, enabling Intel to stay one generation ahead in
technology.Job responsibilities include:
- Evaluates and provides key input on the design of electronic or
electromechanical systems and installs, qualifies, sustains, and
improves these systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Works across factory modules to integrate the entire
manufacturing process with a manufacturing system that is reliable,
economically competitive, and environmentally responsible, meeting
factory requirements.
- Serves as a connector between manufacturing and virtual factory
groups, including automation, control, supply chain, and industrial
engineering, to deploy necessary capabilities to factories while
maintaining consistent systems and configurations across the
organization.
- Integrates, tests, installs, configures, and/or supports
hardware and software systems, coordinates factory requirements,
maps them to automation systems capabilities, and recommends
technical solutions.
- Uses data analytics to pinpoint and resolve equipment-related
issues. Develops metrics and monitors for these systems.
- Leads a high-volume manufacturing (HVM) preventive maintenance
program for electronic and electromechanical equipment, ensuring
the manufacturing equipment meets its availability targets.
- Works across factories to drive continuous product improvement
roadmaps that improve manufacturing equipment performance and
achieve new equipment performance targets.
- Works with suppliers to troubleshoot issues with existing and
new products.
- Drives project management for specific projects, including
activities such as defining user requirements, planning, budgeting,
forecasting, design, procurement, schedule development,
installation, adoption, and post-implementation review.
- Conducts comprehensive gap analyses for technologies that are
disruptive to high-volume manufacturing systems, designs systems to
enable these technologies, and leads groups or teams in
implementing system solutions and transferring these solutions to
HVM partners.Qualifications:You must possess the minimum
qualifications listed below to be initially considered for this
position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum
requirements and are a plus factor in identifying top
candidates.Minimum Qualifications:
- US Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active US Government
clearance.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer
science, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in high volume
manufacturing or a related field, with proficiency in areas such as
quality control, manufacturing process design, and computer control
of manufacturing systems.
- 1 or more years' experience testing products and
troubleshooting of defective products.Preferred Qualifications:
- Semiconductor Fabrication and Lithography.
- Experience and interest in manufacturing and robotics.
- Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or
a related field.
- Experience in database management and data retrieval for both
