Job Description:
A company is looking for a T3 Technology Support Associate I to
provide exceptional service and support to internal and external
customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service through various communication
channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers
and co-workers
Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and offer technical
support for the T3 Platform
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher
preferred
At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally
in a contact center environment
Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment and
manage time efficiently
Working knowledge of G-Suite applications
Willingness to enhance industry and technical knowledge through
ongoing learning opportunities
