• Partner with the Director of Finance on revenue forecasting process
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reporting processes, providing insights into performance and trends
• Administer and optimize financial planning and analysis (FP&A) systems, ensuring smooth operations and data integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial systems with other business platforms such as Oracle and BI
• Lead each forecast cycle's submission into J&J corporate system
• Participate in ad-hoc projects, systems upgrade and implementation\r\r
