Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager -
Agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor ongoing client performance to ensure initiatives
and insights align with client expectations
Foster relationships with clients and vendors by enhancing
knowledge of the company's product offerings
Drive and measure client value and retention metrics, while
establishing best practices for client service
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Service, or
Client Success roles
Previous Ad Operations experience and familiarity with programmatic
media buying platforms is a plus
Experience using Salesforce or other Account Management
platforms
Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced
environment
