Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to oversee
strategic and sales objectives while enhancing team
performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the team's strategic and sales objectives, creating
tactical solutions to meet goals
Recruit, hire, and develop personnel, while identifying and
nurturing high potential talent
Monitor team performance, manage opportunities, and serve as the
point person for strategy and problem resolution
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of related experience managing a sales team, preferably
in Aerospace and Defense
Experience with quoting complex drawings and parts quality
Background in electronics distribution with major accounts
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person
