A company is looking for an Inbound Customer Service Agent
(remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Address inbound caller needs to achieve first call resolution
Document all caller interactions according to Quality Assurance
Guidelines
Maintain attendance and adhere to scheduled work hours while
managing multiple applications
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
1 year of previous customer service experience, preferably in a
call center
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and
Excel
Experience using dual monitors and multiple applications
simultaneously
Accurate keyboard skills with proven data entry speed
