About the Role:

As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Client regarding all Facilities' Operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with engineers, technicians, client and service providers to make sure they implement and recognize all work order procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
  • Create, assign and follow up on work orders using Si7.
  • Provide monthly reports on progress status including all open, closed and canceled work orders.
  • Monitor and maintain work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by team members and vendors.
  • Manage assets and serve as CMMS administrator and trainer.
  • Issue purchase orders in Coupa and verify vendor invoices for accuracy.
  • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Manage uniform orders and office supplies procurement.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
  • Other Administrative tasks as needed and assigned by Supervisor.

    What You'll Need:

    • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
    • Proficiency in CMMS, Si7, Coupa and SharePoint ( or similar programs)
    • Good Communication and customer service skills
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook
    • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
    • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
    • Experience in Facilities Management or a related field preferred.
    • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

      California Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $34.00 hourly and the maximum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $36.06 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
