ABOUT THE ROLE
As a CBRE Technical Supervisor, you will supervise a team
responsible for providing administrative, process improvement and
financial function support to an assigned group of senior technical
business leaders.
A qualified candidate is going to need to have in-depth knowledge
of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (i.e. boilers,
cooling towers, chillers, compressors, processed chilled water,
exhaust fans, DI water) in order to lead the team of building
engineers and maintenance technicians responsible for performing
preventive and corrective maintenance on these systems.
They'll be assigning daily work orders, coordinating subcontractor
activity, interacting with the building occupants to schedule and
coordinate work when applicable, assisting the engineers and techs
with troubleshooting, etc. and will support the development and
performance of the team alongside the Sr. FM.

Education and Experience
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping,
standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to
lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple
sources of information.
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include
Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex
figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related
calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the position is $120,000
annually and the maximum salary is $130,000 annually. The
compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend
on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This
role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance,
Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
