Job Overview:

Client is seeking an Enterprise Architect / Account Technology Strategist (ATS) to drive business development, shape enterprise IT strategies, and align technology solutions with customer objectives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud computing (Azure/AWS), data platforms, enterprise architecture, and AI solutions, with a strong background in customer advisory, technology sales, and business transformation.

This role requires close collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams to unlock new opportunities, support account growth, and deliver long-term value to customers.



Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development & Customer Success

o Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify growth opportunities and drive business outcomes.

o Develop technology strategies that accelerate customers' digital transformation journey.

o Influence client decision-making by providing strategic technology guidance and risk assessments.

Enterprise Architecture & Thought Leadership

o Architect and recommend scalable, secure, and future-ready IT solutions aligned with customer objectives.

o Compare Microsoft solutions with AWS, GCP, and other platforms to recommend optimal cloud strategies.

o Stay updated with emerging technology trends in AI, cloud, and enterprise IT to drive innovative solutions.

Technology Roadmap & Solution Alignment

o Develop and propose a technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.

o Ensure solutions adhere to best practices in scalability, security, and compliance.

o Lead cloud migration, data transformation, and AI-driven solutions across industries.

Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management

o Establish strong relationships with Business and IT leaders to drive digital adoption.

o Lead technical sales conversations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and solution demonstrations.

o Act as a strategic advisor, bridging the gap between technology and business teams.

Communication & Leadership

o Deliver compelling executive presentations to articulate business value.

o Provide technical consulting to customers, guiding them on cloud adoption and IT modernization.

o Partner with leadership to shape digital strategies and ensure seamless execution.



Required Qualifications & Experience:

15-25 years of experience in enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and IT strategy.
Hands-on expertise in Azure, AWS, data architecture, and AI-driven solutions.
Experience working in customer-facing advisory roles, technology sales, or presales.
Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance frameworks, and IT governance.
Ability to strategize with sales teams for complex deal pursuits and consulting sales.
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.



Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms.
Technical consulting experience in AI, data, cloud, or infrastructure solutions.
Exposure to Clients' vision, sales philosophy, and enterprise consulting practices.
Published blogs, webinars, or thought leadership in enterprise IT and cloud computing.



Indicators of a Strong Candidate:

Proven thought leadership through published content and industry engagements.

Experience in enterprise architecture and technology advisory roles.

Background in technical consulting, presales, and complex deal strategies.



Not a Fit If:

No experience in business development, presales, or technology sales.

Experience limited to internal IT roles with no customer-facing engagement.

Lack of technical knowledge in cloud, enterprise IT, or digital transformation.
