Job Description:
A company is looking for a Time & Labor Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage time and labor applications and ensure compliance with
payroll processes
Analyze timecard data for compliance and implement process
improvements
Respond to inquiries and collaborate with cross-functional teams on
special projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience,
or a Graduate Degree with 0 to 2 years of experience, or 6 years of
related experience in lieu of a degree
Experience in T&L compliance, finance, or payroll preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience in root cause analysis and analytical thinking
