Job Description:
A company is looking for a Zoho Specialist (Project-based) to
optimize and automate their CRM and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize and improve Zoho CRM processes for efficient data
management
Automate invoice generation, quote management, lead tracking, and
sales reporting
Design and implement custom reporting dashboards for sales
performance insights
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Specialist, Zoho Developer, or
similar role
Strong knowledge of Zoho One Suite (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho
Analytics, etc.)
Ability to design custom reports and dashboards
Experience in e-commerce or manufacturing industries is
preferred
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks and financial data integration is a
plus
