HCLTech is looking for Rockstar Solution Architects, Delivery
Leaders and Domain Experts with flair for sales, to join it's
Go-to-Market team.
This team will be responsible for presales and solutioning for
Hi-Tech and Semi verticals, leading advisory sales, and driving
transformation in our customer engagements.
Key responsibilities will include:
Deliver expert advice on business solutions using a breadth of
technology platforms; provide guidance to diverse customer
stakeholders and external partners.
Interface with HCL sales, global delivery and solutions to manage
all presales activities from capability presentations through SOW
negotiations; meet tight deadlines.
Qualify opportunities at early stage, prioritize, invest effort
into strategic initiatives; Front end solutions discussions both in
proactive as well as when working on RFPs
Define and support breakthrough objectives in strategic accounts;
Construct creative solutions with minimal information; Propose
right engagement and commercial model based on opportunity
attributes
Maintain relentless focus on meeting sales KPP's entailing revenue
and booking targets
Through customer interactions and own research, identify
opportunities to build proactive solutions around a unique
problem
Demonstrate "thought leadership" in Client Interactions such as
QBRs Knowledge,
Skills, and Experience, and other Requirements:
Experience in enterprise client interaction in the US and ability
to build relationships within the organization and with customers

8-12 years of relevant IT/ Professional Services Industry
experience
Comfort in operating independently in unstructured environment, in
grey zones across teams and some level of ambiguity
Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Must have experience
in two or more (and one domain led):
Application Services (API, Cloud, DevOps, Microservices,
Modernization),
SaaS - SFDC, Workday, Blue Yonder --- Oracle, SAP, MS CRM
Dynamics
Business Analytics (Big Data, Data Science, AI, ML) --- Technology
Domain (VLSI, FPGA, Analog, Systems Engineering) --- Technology
Domain (Online Businesses, ISV's, Emerging Tech)
