Job Description:
A company is looking for a (Senior) Client Onboarding Specialist
who will ensure exceptional customer experiences during the VAT
registration and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to clients and partners regarding VAT registration
and onboarding through various communication channels
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding
experience and report any technical issues
Continuously learn about the VAT registration process and stay
updated on internal changes and tools
Required Qualifications
Eligibility to work in Hungary
Advanced English skills; knowledge of additional European languages
is a plus
Experience with CRM systems, such as FreshDesk or HubSpot, is
advantageous
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a
fast-paced environment
Team player capable of collaborating with various internal teams
and stakeholders
