Job Description:
A company is looking for an Art Lead (m/f/d) to oversee the
artistic vision and direction of their game titles.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of artists to produce high-quality art
assets
Define and communicate the artistic vision and style for games
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance gameplay and
player experience
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Senior Artist or Art Lead in the video game
industry
Strong artistic skills with a diverse portfolio in 2D and 3D
art
Proficiency with industry-standard art tools and software
Knowledge of game development processes and pipelines
Experience managing and coordinating art outsourcing
relationships
