Job Description:
A company is looking for a Classroom Support Advisor to provide
exceptional care to students and graduates.
Key Responsibilities
Provide over-the-phone support to encourage and motivate
students
Evaluate and resolve student inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and
documenting interactions
Offer Tier 1 technical support and assist students in contacting
relevant departments
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Ability to learn basic technical computer skills and manage time
effectively
Computer literacy to navigate and utilize required technology
Experience in customer service or technical support is
preferred
Demonstrated ability to support a diverse and inclusive work
environment
