Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Senior Event Coordinator
with a passion for event planning and client engagement. This role
is crucial in driving our company's culture and ensuring that every
interaction-whether with clients or team members-is memorable and
impactful.As the Senior Event Coordinator, you will be responsible
for planning and executing a variety of events, ranging from
charitable and philanthropic initiatives to holiday dinners, client
gifts, and internal morale-building activities. You will work
closely with the Leadership Team and other key stakeholders to
ensure all events align with our company's mission and values,
contributing to the overall growth and positive environment of the
organization. This is an incredible opportunity with a growing

Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute a
wide range of events including, but not limited to, philanthropic
events, charitable fundraisers, holiday dinners, special event
dinners, and project completion celebrations. Organize and manage
internal company events such as BBQs, lunch & learns, team parties,
anniversary and birthday celebrations, ensuring these events foster
a strong, positive company culture. Work with the CEO to assist in
organizing and managing executive-level events and any other
company needs that arise in the course of business growth.
- Client Experience: Create memorable client experiences by
managing client appreciation initiatives such as personalized
gifts, special event invitations, and exclusive dinners.
Collaborate with the sales and client services teams to ensure
seamless communication and follow-up for all client-related
events.
- Philanthropy & Charitable Events: Develop and implement
strategies for philanthropic and charitable initiatives, ensuring
the company's values are reflected in all activities. Coordinate
with local charities and community organizations to plan events
that align with the company's commitment to giving back.
- Internal Company Morale Coach & Influencer: Spearhead internal
initiatives that maintain and boost our already robust employee
morale, engagement, and retention through well-planned and executed
company events. Act as a key player in planning team-building
activities and celebrations that recognize employee achievements
and milestones.
- Vendor & Venue Management: Identify and establish relationships
with vendors, venues, and other external partners to ensure the
successful execution of events. Negotiate contracts and manage
vendor relationships to ensure services are delivered on time and
within budget.
- Marketing Support: Assist in developing marketing materials and
promotional campaigns for events. Coordinate with the marketing
team to ensure events are aligned with the company's branding and
messaging.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event
Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a
similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the
ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus
on client experience and internal collaboration.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing unique and
engaging events.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a
high level of initiative and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management
software.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event
