Job OverviewOur Field Services Specialist will focus on assisting our field technicians with outstanding support and helping drive efficiency. This individual will maintain accurate data upkeep in our databases. Through teamwork and collaboration, this field services specialist will serve as the conduit between the field and the company backend.Responsibilities and Duties

• Primary point of contact for field technicians, providing tier 1 support through chat
• Assist with dispatch, rerouting, and scheduling of all field related work from Customer Support/Engineering
• Respond to technicians' day to day needs by providing advice, support, clarification, and solutions through chat and escalating issues when necessary
• Monitor proper channels for field emergencies and be ready to dispatch at a moment's noticeQualifications
  • Candidates must live in the San Francisco Bay Area.
