Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master/Business
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies to promote team collaboration and
continuous improvement
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and
prioritize the product backlog
Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into
user stories and tasks for execution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Systems, or a
related field
8-10 years of experience in Agile project management and business
analysis
Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of
Agile principles
Strong analytical skills for gathering and documenting business and
technical requirements
Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams to interpret
and refine requirements
