Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Epic Technology Team member to
instruct, direct, and review the work of the team in accordance
with project demands.
Key Responsibilities
Delegate objectives and task responsibilities while monitoring
performance and providing feedback
Ensure service delivery meets agreed levels and diagnose service
delivery problems
Lead workforce planning to ensure skilled resources are available
to meet organizational objectives
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent certification
Epic Certification - Epic Systems required within 6 months of
hire
5 years of relevant experience
Preferred: Bachelor's degree
Preferred: RN or other clinical area of expertise
