Job Description:
A company is looking for a Facilities Customer Service
Professional to manage client inquiries related to facilities
management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming client calls and emails, assessing and dispatching
requests appropriately
Document and process facilities work order requests, ensuring
timely and accurate reporting
Proactively identify work order trends and communicate with team
leads to improve service
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma required
Call center experience preferred
Extensive computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
Experience in a switchboard or helpdesk environment is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
