Job Description:
A company is looking for a Float Cardiac Device Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Interrogate, interpret, and re-program cardiac devices with minimal
physician supervision
Troubleshoot critical device issues and collaborate with physicians
regarding device status
Educate patients on device management and ensure accurate
documentation in Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Required Qualifications:
At least one year of recent experience with device
transmissions
Some clinical experience with exposure to cardiology
Current AHA BLS certification
Bachelor's degree (health-related) strongly preferred
IBHRE or CCDS certification from a recognized device training
school preferred
