Reporting to the Finance Manager - Operations, this Financial Analyst role will be responsible for providing support to the Shockwave G&A and IT Organizations. We seek a motivated and results-driven analyst to provide best-in-class business partner support and help create transparency around key spending, milestones, and KPIs while enabling smooth integration into J&J systems and processes.\rEssential Job Functions

• Lead the process for accomplishing rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range forecasts for the G&A and IT Operations.
• Provide support to senior business leaders with actuals, analyze variance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to drive forecast execution, accuracy, and actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
• Effectively collaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute initiatives
• Perform monthly and quarterly close responsibilities, including preparation of accruals, variance analysis, reporting, and audit support\r\r
