Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center LPN.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to patients scheduled for home visits and
telehealth visits
Initiate chart preparation for upcoming appointments by contacting
patients
Enter patient data into EMR and conduct assessments over the
phone
Required Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Florida
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience with eCW software is preferred
