About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical contracting projects from inception to completion. This full-time, on-site position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and requires expertise in electrical design, budgeting, and project execution.**MUST HAVE ELECTRICAL EXPERIENCE**Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of electrical construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Oversee electrical design and engineering to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Lead project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure all projects meet safety regulations, quality standards, and deadlines. Troubleshoot and resolve project challenges while maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness.What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer in the electrical contracting industry (required). Strong financial acumen with budgeting and cost management skills. A proactive management approach with excellent problem-solving abilities. Effective communication, leadership, and team coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while ensuring project success.
