As a venture-backed company with a rapidly growing user base across 100+ countries, they're seeking a strategic product leader to drive their next phase of growth.WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead product growth initiatives focused on user acquisition, activation, and retention
• Drive experimentation and A/B testing to optimize the user journey and conversion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute high-impact opportunities
• Develop and own growth metrics, creating data-driven strategies to achieve business goals
• Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable product improvements
• Build and manage a quarterly growth roadmap aligned with company objectivesIDEAL CANDIDATE BACKGROUND:
• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years focused on growth/conversion in B2B SaaS
• Track record of delivering measurable business impact through product initiatives
• Experience with web-based enterprise tools and products
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fieldPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience with growth frameworks and methodologies
• Background in enterprise software or scientific tools
• Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant certifications
• Experience with user research and segmentationCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
• Base salary: $150,000 - $200,000 (Location dependent)
