Job Description:

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager - Metro Desk.
Key Responsibilities

Oversees the inside sales process, ensuring timely order entry and addressing sales inquiries
Drives new sales initiatives and tracks team performance against clear objectives
Coaches the team through training and performance management to enhance individual and team productivity

Required Qualifications

Typically requires a BS/BA in a related discipline
Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field
May require certification; advanced degree may offset less experience
3-5 years of Inside Sales or customer care experience in commercial construction supply distribution preferred
Experience in leading and coaching a team to drive performance management
