This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a significant impact in the revenue cycle operations of this organization.As an Analytics Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and monitoring the dashboard conversion process, designing innovative Tableau dashboard visualizations, and partnering with other analytic teams and revenue operations. You will be the go-to person for all things related to data analytics, making this role perfect for those who are passionate about turning data into actionable insights.

    • Manage and monitor the dashboard conversion process to ensure accurate and efficient data representation.
    • Design and develop innovative Tableau dashboard visualizations that provide clear and actionable insights.
    • Partner with other analytics teams to create a cohesive data strategy across the organization.
    • Collaborate with revenue operations to identify opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency.
    • Lead a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
    • Use SQL/EQL to query and manipulate data for analysis and reporting.
    • Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust data validation processes.
    • Drive the adoption of data-driven decision making across the organization.Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
      • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on Tableau.
      • Strong proficiency in SQL/EQL.
      • Demonstrated experience in managing and monitoring the dashboard conversion process.
      • Proven ability in designing impactful Tableau dashboard visualizations.
      • Experience in partnering with other analytic teams and revenue operations.
      • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing successful teams.
      • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
      • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
