Key Responsibilities
Manage the success of the Supplements team to drive individual and
organizational performance
Recommend workforce models and strategies to reduce costs related
to virtual supplements
Build and manage workflows to enhance operational efficiency and
apply industry best practices
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of Supplements or repair experience with at
least 4 years in management
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
Extensive knowledge of insurance principles related to appraisal
decisions
Thorough understanding of vehicle repair, parts costs, and fraud
detection practices
Data-driven mindset with the ability to use data for problem
identification and reporting
