A company is looking for a Manager of Medical Insurance & Central Prior Authorization.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily activities of the Medical Insurance and Prior Authorization departments to ensure quality service and compliance
Streamline processes and monitor staffing and budget to optimize department performance
Provide training and development for staff, ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance and operational standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Science
2 years of leadership experience
3 years of experience in Front End Revenue Cycle / Patient Access
Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) within 2 years of hire
