YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly SEC filings (i.e., 10-Q, 10-K, XBRL).
- Prepare quarterly stock-based compensation calculations.
- Prepare quarterly EPS, cash flow statement and equity
rollforward.
- Assist with preparing and presenting quarterly close
slides.
- Assist with quarterly ASC 842 lease and commissions accounting
schedules.
- Assist with U.S. GAAP technical research as needed on complex
accounting issues.
- Assist with drafting and maintaining global accounting policies
and memos.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as needed to support ongoing
process improvement and SOX compliance
initiatives.QualificationsMinimum qualifications
- BA/BS degree in accounting or equivalent practical
experience.
- CPA.
- Experience working in a financial reporting or similar
role.
- Experience with Workiva's SEC reporting module and Excel.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders.
- Excellent project management, oral communication, analytical
and written skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail,
organized and thorough with the desire for continuous
improvement.Preferred qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant experience from public accounting and/or
public multinational high-tech companies.
- Experience with technical accounting matters.
- Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles and SEC
reporting rules.
- Knowledge of ASC 718, ASC 842 and/or commissions accounting
preferred.
- Experience with Netsuite preferred.
- Experience with Google Workspace collaboration tools
preferred.Pay RangeUSD $119,000.00 - USD $179,000.00 /Yr.Pay
Transparency StatementSalary Range $119,000.00 - $179,000.00.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For
positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations,
the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the
applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay
