A company is looking for a Director of Patient Financial
Services.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee operational activities related to billing and Laboratory
Information Management Systems (LIMS) processes
Collaborate with departments to implement strategic goals and
educate on patient billing policies
Analyze billing and revenue cycle data to identify improvements and
develop strategies
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of CPT codes, medical terminology, insurance plans, and
ICD 10 codes
8+ years' experience in a clinical laboratory, preferably in
genetic billing
5+ years' experience in revenue cycle management
5+ years' experience with XiFiN software
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
