Sleep.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and align program goals with product strategy through
collaboration with cross-functional teams
Design, build, and launch scalable sleep programs while managing
tools, budgets, and documentation
Lead the growth and management of sleep consultant teams, ensuring
high performance and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of program management experience in consumer-focused or
operational roles
Proven ability to manage and scale programs, including hiring and
onboarding
Experience managing people, contractors, and consultants
Strong operational skills with experience in complex workflows and
stakeholder coordination
Passion for improving family well-being and sleep health
