Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager - DET Engagement to
support low-income test takers and universities.
Key Responsibilities
Support project management and internal process improvement for the
Access Program and Institutional Success verticals
Lead communications for the Access Program community, including
documentation and community support
Organize decertification communications for universities and assist
with university-facing initiatives
Required Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in operations, support, or project
management
Experience with project management and customer support tools such
as Asana, Jira, and Zendesk
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack
Ability to work at least 35 hours a week during US East Coast
business hours
Experience with CRMs, especially Salesforce and Hubspot, is
preferred
