Move in date: ASAP ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: What you will do: Rental ActivitiesKeep vacant units cleanAnswer phonesIssue (post) notices to tenants when necessary and receive, distribute & file notices receivedConduct move-in/move-out inspectionsDocument and recommend necessary repair work and organizing any vender work to be performed.
